1. Purpose and Scope
This Accessibility Statement explains how Qualitect Ltd ensures that the Qualitect design platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. The statement covers our conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and our obligations under the Equality Act 2010.
2. Our Commitment to Accessibility
Qualitect Ltd believes that digital qualification services should be accessible to everyone regardless of ability or disability. Our approach is also informed by ISO 21001, which requires educational organisations to identify and address the needs of learners and other beneficiaries including those with disabilities. Qualitect is working towards formal accreditation against ISO standards relevant to its operations. References to ISO alignment describe the framework adopted and do not indicate current certification.
3. Accessibility Standards
Qualitect aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard, the internationally recognised standard that defines how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Where we provide digital services to public sector bodies, we aim to meet the requirements of the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
4. Current Conformance Status
