Qualitect roadmap
Accountability and transparency now matter as much for education technology as for the education it supports, particularly in the age of AI. We publish our roadmap so our commitments are visible, our progress is checkable and our direction is open to scrutiny.
Our roadmap runs on quarters across four commitments: the educational standards our platform is configured to, the learning delivery features we are building, the languages we support and the organisational certifications we hold ourselves to. It is reviewed quarterly and updated rather than left to drift.
Commitment 01
Educational Standards
Educational standards are the published frameworks and regulatory requirements that define what a qualification must meet for the learning to be recognised. The Qualification Generator is configured to these standards directly: every requirement is traced to its published source, so what the platform builds can be checked against the standard it claims to meet. This section sets out how the platform expands to align with further educational standards, framework by framework.

Commitment 02
Learning Delivery
The Learning Environment turns an approved specification or syllabus into learning a person can take, in the modality that suits them, with every claim traceable to its source. Features release in the order that serves learners first.

From specification or syllabus to learning content: courses generated from an approved specification or syllabus, as a whole qualification or selected units. Learner accounts and enrolment. Accessibility built to WCAG 2.2 AA from the first release.

Knowledge assessment with a verifiable certificate, at qualification or unit level: every certificate carries a criterion-by-criterion map of what was assessed and can be checked by anyone through public verification. A conversational tutor grounded in the approved content. Audio learning with downloadable narration. Export to your own learning system via xAPI, SCORM and LTI.

Video learning with captions. A choice of tutor styles. Expanded accessibility and personalisation controls. Portable digital credentials in open formats.

Commitment 03
Languages
Education should be available in the language a learner thinks in. Language rolls out across all three surfaces, the website, the Qualification Generator and the Learning Environment, with UK languages first.

Organisational Standards
We hold ourselves to the standards we help others meet. Each certification below is independently assessed and, once held, is named with its scope, its certification body and its issue date. Progress is shown honestly at every stage.
Every certification moves through four stages, from in preparation to evidence building, then certification audit and, once held, certified.

Qualitect is not accredited, does not act as a certification body and prepares no certification scheme. Where the platform is described as aligned to the requirements of a standard, that is a statement of alignment only and not of compliance, certification or accreditation.
Where Qualitect holds a certification, it is named with its scope, its certification body and the date it was issued.
Roadmap dates are indicative and reviewed quarterly. Where a commitment moves, this page is updated rather than left to mislead.
