1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the permitted uses of the Qualitect platform and sets clear boundaries for user conduct. It applies to all users of the Qualitect platform. This policy operates alongside our Terms and Conditions and forms part of your legal agreement with Qualitect Ltd.

2. Definitions

Malicious Content means any file, code, script or data designed to harm, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to computer systems or data.

Platform means the Qualitect digital design platform and related services.

Qualification Data means information relating to qualification content, , source materials and compliance documentation.

User Account means the individual access credentials and associated permissions granted to access the platform.

3. Permitted Uses

3.1 Qualification Development Activities

Platform Users may design qualifications, develop criteria and create compliance documentation in accordance with the relevant for their region.

3.2 Compliance and Audit Activities

Where applicable, Platform Users may use the platform to manage compliance records, generate reports and maintain audit trails.

3.3 Quality Assurance Activities

Where applicable, Platform Users with responsibilities may use the platform to review qualification content and maintain quality assurance records.

3.4 Additional Activities

Where applicable and as platform functionality develops, additional permitted uses will be published in associated guidance documentation.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 Security Violations

Users must not upload or introduce malicious content, attempt to circumvent security features, or share account credentials with unauthorised individuals.

4.2 Data Access Violations

Users must not attempt to access data belonging to other organisations or Platform Users beyond their authorised scope.

4.3 Content Violations

Users must not generate, upload or share content that is discriminatory, offensive, defamatory or misleading. Submitting false or misleading qualification content is prohibited and may constitute fraud. Users must not misrepresent AI- as entirely human-authored when submitting for regulatory approval. Uploading or submitting source materials that are illegal, obtained without appropriate authorisation or in breach of applicable intellectual property law is prohibited. This includes content that infringes copyright or other and materials uploaded with the intention of manipulating the platform's generation tools to produce content for unlawful or harmful purposes.

4.4 Commercial Violations

Using the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes or sublicensing access without written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Restrictions

Users must possess appropriate rights to all content they upload. By uploading content, users warrant they own or have obtained necessary permissions. Users must not upload copyrighted materials without appropriate permissions.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

The platform employs automated systems to detect suspicious activity and policy violations. All user activities are recorded in an append-only . Uploaded files undergo automated scanning. Where use raises concerns about potential regulatory violations, these are handled in accordance with our and Policy.

7. Consequences of Policy Violations

Violations result in proportionate enforcement including formal warnings, account suspension, account termination, referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities and civil or criminal proceedings where applicable.

8. Reporting Policy Violations

Report suspected violations to complaints@qualitect.co.uk with "Malpractice Report" or "Misuse Report" in the subject line.

9. Roles and Responsibilities

All Platform Users must comply with this policy and report suspected violations. Organisational account administrators must ensure their users comply and maintain appropriate access controls. Platform Administrators at Qualitect Ltd are responsible for monitoring compliance and implementing enforcement actions.
